This summer residence of a noble Greek family with a villa dating back to the 1880, a listed monument , is situated on a beautiful estate of olive groves and flowers just across the sea and the village of Ermioni , in the eastern side of Peloponnese. Grand spaces, tranquility, natural beauty and walking alleys throughout the estate add to the special welcome and hospitality offered by the people rooted for generations on this precious estate and devoted to its care. The location of the Estate is ideal for people who seek pricacy , combine visits in the ancient theatre of Epidavros and the antiquities, escapes to the nearby islands of Hydra, Spetses for nightlife and also swimming to the superbe Peloponnese beaches.A perfect destination for ultimate beach relaxation, family, cultural and sightseeing holidays.
The place
Spacious bedrooms with high ceilings, beautifully frescoed, period furniture, 4 pleasant terraces and open air dining areas shaded by old pine trees await the guests.The residence consists of 1 double, 2 twins, 1 single bedroom and a bathroom on the upper floor, 1 double, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom, a large kitchen, living room and dining room on the ground floor.

Interaction with guests
The price includes the services of a housekeeper. They assist the guests with any matter that may come up during their stay. We also provide a cleaning service and linen change every two days. Transportation, cooking and supplies can be provided upon request.
The neighborhood
For the visitor to Ermioni, (3.000 permanent residents) there are numerous amenities banks, post office, ATM machines, doctors, dentists, pharmacies, physiotherapist, tourist office (where one can also hire cars), real estate offices (if you wish to buy land or property), taxis, buses to Kranidi and Kosta, various shops, supermarkets, beauty salon, hairdressers, cafes, bars and tavernas.
The world famous hotels “Amanzoe”, “Nikki beach”, “Barcelo” and many others are very near to ERMIONI ESTATE as well as the large estates of famous people (for example the house of King of Hollande)
There is a colourful weekly farmers market on Thursday mornings only, (07:30 – 13:00) selling assorted fresh fruit, fish , various clothing, footwear, handicrafts and domestic household items.
Ermioni has one of the best micro-climates in the whole region with the summer months being hot and sunny, and the autumn months being warm, mostly dry with clear blue skies.
