This traditional villa is close to the golden sands of Agios Sostis beach, known for its unspoilt nature and turquoise water.
The villa has a wide sea view over the Aegean and the northern coast of the island. It is eight minutes from Mykonos Town and close to the island's cosmopolitan attractions.
The smooth-edged architecture gives the outside of the house a clean, simple look, while the interior is understated and decorated with flair. The bamboo pergola is a relaxing place for cold drinks and aperitifs prepared at the outdoor pool bar.
The house is fully furnished and spread over three levels. The middle level has a comfortable sitting room and a large kitchen with an open, informal dining area, functional and well designed. The master bedroom and its bathroom are also on this level. The top level has three bright, spacious bedrooms with sea views: two with a double bed and one with two single beds. The lower level has its own separate entrance and includes a bedroom with a stone-built double bed, a sitting room with a stone-built single bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom.
The private infinity pool is in front of the villa, facing the sea, with its own pool bar and sun beds for guests. At the back there is a large parking area with room for more than ten cars.
The villa can also be hired privately for social events, weddings and other celebrations, and can seat up to 90 guests.
