This 540 sq m villa stands in Kosta, across from the island of Spetses. It has an unobstructed view of the sea and towards Spetses, and its garden meets the sand.
The space
The villa has six master bedrooms, two large living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens. Outside there is a swimming pool with a bar, and parking is provided.
Guest access
Guests have use of the swimming pool and its bar, and the parking.
Interaction with guests
A member of our team will be there to welcome you, show you around the house and tell you everything you need to know. Our team is available to help with anything else you need during your stay. Cleaning and a change of linen are provided every four days, and other cleaning schedules can be arranged on request.
The neighbourhood
Kosta lies across from the islands of Spetses and Hydra. Porto Cheli is a 10-minute drive away, the historic town of Nafplio is 90 minutes away and the ancient theatre of Epidaurus is an hour by car.
Kosta and Porto Cheli have many restaurants where you can enjoy traditional cuisine. The local market in Porto Cheli has a supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy.
